GVR-600 VehicleRestraints/ Horizontal Hook Lock

Application Features

Installed on the exterior facade of the platform and the horizontal ground, it restricts the movement of the truck by clamping the anti-collision tail bar of the truck, allowing forklifts to load and unload safely and smoothly; with an adjustable height range of 280-680mm, it is suitable for various heights of truck anti-collision tail bars.
Tensile strength: 16000KG;

Signal Light

A set of LED red and green lights are installed both indoors and outdoors, allowing truck and forklift drivers to operate safely according to the traffic light signals.

GVR-900 Rotary Hook Lock / Vehicle Restraints

Safe Operation

Electric button control to initiate and exit the program.

Automatically adjusts according to the fluctuating height of the truck, maintaining a tight fit.

When the truck deviates or the truck’s tail bar is not in the effective locking position, the device will issue an alarm to remind the operator that the truck is not properly locked.

Options

Manual operation is an available option.

It can be interlocked with the loading platform and sliding doors, using an integrated control box for linked control.

The PLC-controlled circuit design allows for the optional installation of various additional safety devices (such as photoelectric eyes, pressure switches, etc.).

Leave Early

When forklift drivers enter or leave the truck, and the truck driver believes that the loading and unloading operations are completed and drives away without any warning, this type of unannounced departure can cause the forklift and driver to fall onto the roadway.

Floor Stand Collapse

Double-wheeled trailers often leave their trailers fixed with ground supports in the loading and unloading area and then drive away. When a fully loaded forklift passes through the loading platform into the trailer, its impact force may cause the ground supports to collapse, leading to the forklift falling into the front section of the trailer.

Truck Rollover

When a forklift loaded with goods enters the trailer, the rapid movement of the heavy load can cause uneven stress on the bottom of the trailer, leading to a sudden tip-over at the rear or front of the trailer.

Truck Slip

When forklifts repeatedly enter and exit a truck for operations, even if the brakes are locked and wheel chocks are used, it can still cause the truck to slightly slip. When the truck slips beyond the range of the loading platform’s extension board, the forklift and its driver may fall off the unloading platform or truck onto the driveway.1
